Kambiz Hamadani, PhD – Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Kambiz Hamadani is a biochemist, educator, and innovator passionate about making science more engaging and accessible for all students. He leads a biophysics research lab at California State University San Marcos, where students explore how proteins work at the molecular level.

He earned his Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from UCLA and completed his undergraduate and postdoctoral training at UC Berkeley. His research blends cutting-edge science with hands-on learning, and his commitment to teaching has led him to the forefront of educational innovation.

Dr. Hamadani is a leader in using virtual labs and immersive technologies—like virtual and mixed reality—to transform the science classroom. Through several course redesign projects, he has helped improve student outcomes, expand access, and reimagine how science can be taught in both physical and digital environments.

Siavosh Hamadani, PhD – President

Dr. Siavosh (Sy) Hamadani is a laser scientist specializing in optics, electro-optics and lasers. He received his PhD in Atomic and Molecular Physics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his research interests include nonlinear saturation laser spectroscopy, atomic clocks, high energy lasers, laser material processing, automated visual inspection and virtual reality systems. He has been involved in teaching as Professor of Physics at various universities in the USA as well as abroad and has extensive experience in developing research proposals as well as implementing and managing their execution. In this capacity, he has served at various aerospace companies managing multi-million Dollar projects from inception to completion. He was awarded an NSF grant for the establishment of an undergraduate Laboratory for Lasers and Optics. He also has extensive experience in leading a high technology company as founder, President and General Manager of Laseronics Inc, a laser manufacturing firm specializing in automated laser material processing for industrial, commercial and aerospace applications. He has served as Principal Investigator and Program Manager on numerous SBIR Phase I and II projects for the Army, Navy, Air Force, PEO STRI, DHS and NIJ at various Aerospace companies such as SARA, Raytheon and Boeing, where he supervised the implementation of a research laboratory for Atomic Clocks using highly stable lasers. 

Aaron Amid – Chief Financial Officer

Aaron Amid

Aaron Amid has spent over 25 years building successful telecom companies with a focus on accessible, affordable phone services. His first venture, TCI, launched in the 1990s, helped users save millions through efficient data communications. His second company played a major role in lowering international calling costs by pioneering global refill services.

He introduced innovative offerings like 1-800-TAXI-TAXI and 1-800-JUSTCALL, with several of his creations influencing the Telecom Act and helping open telecom markets to competition.

Aaron studied Business Administration and Accounting, with a minor in Computer Science, at Pepperdine University. He is currently CEO of Telecom House and a board member and co-founder of California Teleservices, recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest-growing private companies. Together, the two firms employ over 2,500 people across the U.S., the Philippines, Jamaica, and Honduras.

David Aaron – Chief Technical Officer

David Aaron

David Aaron is a software architect and aerospace engineer with 20+ years of experience in software development, data security, medical and consumer devices connectivity and user-friendly interfaces.

He is a former Apple Macintosh engineer, NASA-RosCosmos space debris detection program architect, and Founder of the Advanced Education Center for Software Development Training.

Hagop Kaneboughazian – Creative Director

Hagop “Kane” Kaneboughazian is a computer animation veteran with a cinema degree from San Francisco State University.

He has been creating computer animations for 25 years and has worked on over 700 animated projects including TV spots, short films, feature documentaries, music videos, video games, scientific and medical animations (MOA/MOD), courtroom visualizations, augmented reality and virtual reality experiences, and tradeshow booths.

He’s worked on projects for Activision, Vivendi Universal Game, NASA Ames, Taco Bell, Genentech / Roche, Amgen, Yahoo!, Electronic Arts, Mobi TV, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, AbbVie, Novartis, Merck, and many others.
